As a new ad from The Lincoln Project makes clear, Vivek Ramaswamy's despicable campaign ad against Amy Acton, his rival in the race to become Ohio's next governor, is "SICK."
"But," says the ad's narrator, "that's how the Epstein Class operates. Men like Ramaswamy think money and power mean the rules don't apply to them. Ohio, which side are you on?"
As Terry Smith writes for Ohio Capitol Journal, "One side effect of the attack ad... is that it’s now bringing attention to the inspirational American success story embodied by his opponent Dr. Amy Acton and the adversity she overcame."
The ad was so vile that it prompted The Cleveland Plain Dealer to reverse its recently adopted no-endorsements policy, writing: "A candidate who uses childhood sexual abuse as a weapon against the person who endured it has crossed a line that Ohioans should defend, whatever their party."
Meanwhile, Ramaswamy is "following Trump's playbook," writes USA Today, refusing to apologize or to stop running the ad, despite the "bipartisan backlash roiling his bid to become Ohio's next governor."
Donald Trump, of course, says telling lies about the a 12-year-old rape victim, is "fair game"
Which is exactly what we've come to expect from Jeffrey Epstein's longtime best friend.
If Ramaswamy's sick ad is fair game to Trump, he should have no complaints about the newly released report from Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee
It's a report that reveals new details of rape allegations made by multiple Epstein victims against Trump. It also calls for a Special Counsel to oversee the investigation of these new allegations.
According to the report's Executive Summary: "A growing body of evidence demonstrates that Donald Trump was an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of young women during the mid-to-late 1990s."

The report includes the accounts of 11 women whose evidence "indicates that Trump abused, assaulted, and even raped numerous women alongside and in coordination with" Jeffrey Epstein.
Five of the 11 directly accuse "Trump of raping or sexually assaulting them in Epstein's company or direct physical presence"

Three more survivors have given accounts that add new details to Trump's participation in Epstein's sex crimes.

According to TIME Magazine, the report also alleges that Paolo Zampolli, a former Trump administration official — and the man who claims to have introduced Trump to Melania — was "an active participant" in Epstein's sex trafficking operation.
According to the report, which cites multiple FBI reports included in the Epstein files, Zampolli arranged U.S. visas for young female models before they met Epstein. One FBI report mentioned that Zampolli arranged an 18-year-old model’s visa before she was recruited to give a massage at Epstein’s house, where Epstein allegedly raped her.
Zampolli himself has also been accused of rape and sexual assault in a separate case brought by model Victoria Drake, who alleges in an ongoing civil lawsuit that Zampolli drugged and raped her in 2023.
The report also quotes two people, including Amanda Ungaro, the former girlfriend Zampolli recently had deported by ICE, who dispute Zampolli's claim to have introduced Melania to Donald Trump.

Both those witnesses insist that America's First Lady was actually introduced to Trump by Jeffrey Epstein, the man Democrats call "the most infamous sex trafficker in history."
Whether it was Epstein or Zampolli who introduced Melania to Trump, we already know of at least one other young woman, a former victim of Epstein's, who was introduced to Trump by Ghislaine Maxwell in the 1990s.
As Anouska de Georgiou told the BBC in October 2025, Maxwell "introduced" her to Trump, "with a clear message of my being with him in the same way that she had trafficked me to Jeffrey Epstein."
There's only one path to a fuller investigation and accountability
The release of the Democrats' report just over a week before the November midterms is a clear reminder to the majority of Americans who want the Epstein cover-up to end that there's only one way that will happen.
Democrats must regain control of Congress.
Ideally, in a Blue Wave powerful enough to start washing away a truly stubborn orange stain.
