For Elon Musk to win his $300 million bet on the 2024 election, Donald Trump first had to distance himself from the "absolutely ridiculous and abysmal" policies laid out in Project 2025.
The "Mump" victory was based on the promise that Trump would stop immigrants eating your pets and prevent schools from giving your kids free sex-change operations.
Trump also promised that on "Day One" he would lower the price of eggs and end the war in Ukraine.
UPDATE: Egg prices rose 12.5% from January to February. Russia is still bombarding Ukraine.
But while Trump is failing bigly to fulfill the core promises he was elected on, he's fully leaning in to the "absolutely ridiculous and abysmal"—and unpopular—plans laid out in Project 2025.
The pen's a Sharpie, the mind not so much
Trump has spent much of his first 50 days in office signing Executive Orders that could have been cut and pasted from the radical, 920-page conservative agenda laid out in Project 2025.
Unfortunately for regular Americans, this means:
- Reduced protections for workers
- Increased child poverty and food insecurity
- Economic uncertainty and higher consumer prices
- Higher prescription drug costs for people on Medicare and Medicaid
- Greater risk of future pandemics
- More pollution and environmental harm
- Loss of global leadership and weakened national security
- Increased discrimination against minorities and vulnerable populations
- More government intrusion into women's healthcare decisions
- Higher education costs, less access to college—and a war on public education that will create new harms for rural and low-income students and children with disabilities
Yes, the Christo-Fascists all lined up behind the Antichrist-like Trump because he was the way, the untruth and the lifeline they needed to sell their evil agenda to low-info voters.
Now, they're getting much of what they wanted.
If the Trump-created damage of the past 50 days was simply in service to the Christo-Fascist agenda, that would be bad enough.
But these immediate harms are just the beginning.
Trump attacks allies, embraces dictators
For all the effort that went into Project 2025, conservatives have mostly stayed silent as Trump tore up their highly detailed foreign policy playbook.
While Project 2025 denounces "Moscow's illegal war of aggression against Ukraine" and calls for more engagement with allies, particularly in terms of the intelligence sharing needed in an age of cyber warfare, Trump has made no secret that his allegiance is no longer to the United States, but to Russia.
"Christians" who made a deal with the Devil are now living with the consequences.
Trump has spouted Kremlin propaganda in the White House, enabled new Russian atrocities on the battlefield, and given the green-light for increased Russian cyber attacks against America.
Not surprisingly, our European allies, along with countries like Israel and Saudi Arabia, are scaling back their intelligence sharing. Harkening back to the 1930s. Poland's prime minister has slammed Trump for his "appeasement" of Putin. And European leaders are uniting in a new, America-free coalition to defend Ukraine and the rest of the continent.

According to The Wall Street Journal's Chief Foreign-Affairs Correspondent Yaroslav Trofimov, Trump's actions signal the end of "America’s 80-year run as the world’s strongest power."
Trump and Musk are replacing democracy with oligarchy, kleptocracy—and non-stop corruption
After effing around with Trump for nine years, the Russia hawks in the GOP are finding out that "Russia, Russia, Russia" was a hoax the same way Covid was the "just the sniffles."
Meanwhile, the mobbed-up-but-cognitively-diminished Trump is more than happy to dance with the two that brought him, letting Putin and Elon "Rasputin" Musk guide his every move, as long as he gets his cut.
We've entered a new age of oligarchy, kleptocracy, and non-stop corruption. Bribery is cool. Crypto scams are de rigeur. And fair elections? They're already a thing of the past.
In the months before the last election, Musk frantically built a Colossus data center that allowed him to create a new state-of-the-art AI program called Grok 3. He did it while poisoning poor Black people. He did it while accepting billions in funding from Saudi Arabia and other Arab states. And he's now taking over the government's IT department.
If you don't like it, watch out.
Protesting Elon already gets you labeled a "domestic terrorist."
There will be no hiding.
Between now and 2028, whether you believe in "AGI" or not, Elon does.
He thinks it will be here before the next election.
But even without it, the AI Elon already controls is not simply problematic. It's the future of fascism.
And Elon's doing everything he can to make it impossible to un-install.
