How bad does a Republican have to be for Judge Jeanine Pirro and Tucker Carlson to launch tirades against her?
Very bad.
As bad as Georgia Leech Kelly Loeffler.
In a new ad from Meidas Touch, Pirro, in clips from her Fox News show, says, “One Senator in particular irks me… Kelly Loeffler. Not elected, but appointed… knew the market was going to tank and… sold based on that information... this woman is knee-deep in the swamp and she just got there.”
Along with her New York Stock Exchange-owning husband, pandemic profiteer Loeffler dumped millions in stocks following her classified Senate coronavirus briefing in January—and loaded up on stocks specifically destined to surge during lockdowns. All while telling constituents that everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about.
In a March 10 tweet, Loeffler reassured those concerned about the coronavirus that there was no need to worry because Daddy Trump had locked all the doors and there was no way it could hurt us.
When her insider trading scandal was first exposed, Loeffler’s “defense” was that the trades were done by her financial adviser, but she didn’t deny speaking to said adviser or perhaps her (NYSE-owning) husband. All this despite the fact that she was on the very committee supposed to be regulating her husband’s business.
This is the kind of next-level corruption the Trump era has engendered
Loeffler the Leech is so toxically swamplike that her own Trump-loving Republican rival in the November 3rd election, Rep. Doug Collins, cut an ad telling Georgia voters: “She profited off the pandemic while too many Georgians lost everything.”
All year long, Trump and his associates have claimed that the soon-to-be-evicted President’s number one concern is rooting out corruption. The fact that Loeffler has used her enormous wealth to lawyer her way out of this massive corruption scandal is just one more sign that Trump’s corruption concern was just another laughable lie.
But Loeffler’s appeal to MAGA voters isn’t just based on her obvious criminality.
Loeffler is also a horrible racist
Despite being an owner of the WNBA team the Atlanta Dream, The Washington Post reported that Loeffler turned on her players this summer, “in the wake of George Floyd’s killing, when the WNBA, like the NBA, committed to amplifying social justice causes, wearing Breonna Taylor’s name on jerseys and displaying ‘Black Lives Matter’ on the court in its Florida bubble.”
In a letter to the WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert, Loeffler wrote: “I adamantly oppose the Black Lives Matter political movement… I believe it is totally misaligned with the values and goals of the WNBA and the Atlanta Dream, where we support tolerance and inclusion.”
Loeffler’s solution to the league: “I believe we should put an American flag on every jersey. Include it in our licensed apparel for players, coaches and fans.”
In response, the Post reported that her team’s players, “called for her removal from the league, citing how Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling was banished from the NBA in 2014 after being caught on tape making racist comments.”
Now, facing a January runoff against Democratic Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock, Loeffler is aligning herself with QAnon nutjobs like Marjorie Taylor-Greene and launching QAnon-worthy attacks on Warnock.
Warnock told CNN’s Alisyn Camerota that Loeffler “welcomes the support of bigots” and to Don Lemon he said that Loeffler is desperate and engaging in the “politics of division and distraction.”
Help Georgia vote out the unelected Loeffler
Georgia came through for Biden and Harris on November 3rd. On January 5th, we need Georgia to come through again for Warnock and Ossoff.
